Content Standards

Reviews & Ratings

Your reviews should:

Be based on your actual experience living at or visiting the address
Provide helpful information for others
Avoid profanity and offensive language
Not include personal contact information (yours or others')
Focus on factual observations rather than unverifiable claims

Photos & Videos

Media uploads must:

Be taken by you (no copying from other sources)
Show the property in an accurate, non-misleading way
Not include identifiable people without their consent
Be relevant to the address being reviewed
Comply with copyright and privacy laws

Prohibited Content

We do not allow:

Personal Information (Doxxing)

Names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails of individuals
License plate numbers or other identifying information
Attempts to reveal someone's identity

Harassment & Hate Speech

Threats, intimidation, or calls to violence
Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, etc.
Targeted harassment of individuals or groups

Fraudulent or Misleading Content

Fake reviews written by property owners or competitors
Reviews for properties you haven't experienced
Coordinated campaigns to manipulate ratings

Inappropriate Content

Sexually explicit material
Graphic violence or gore
Content promoting illegal activities

Moderation Process

All submitted content goes through automated and human review before becoming public:

Automated Screening: Checks for profanity, PII, and spam patterns
Queue for Review: Content enters moderation queue
Human Review: Trained moderators review flagged or high-risk content
Decision: Content is approved, rejected, or requires editing

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Content Removal: Violating content will be rejected or removed
Account Warning: First-time or minor violations receive a warning
Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may lead to temporary restrictions
Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination

Reporting Content

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please flag it using the "Flag" button. Our moderation team will review your report.

Appeals

If your content was rejected or your account was suspended, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with:

Your account information
The content in question
Why you believe the decision was incorrect
